AZLE — Azle’s utility billing department held its first "Every Drop Counts" poster contest to help spread awareness about the importance of water conservation. The city ultimately received more than 160 entries. A panel of judges selected 13 winners who were recognized at a Dec. 3 Azle City Council meeting with trophies, certificates and prizes. These entries are included in a 2025 calendar that is available to the public for purchase at city hall. Artwork created by the overall winner, Alexandra Gilman, is featured on the cover of the calendar.
