Wade Allen Rittenbury, aged 39, passed away Oct. 26, 2024, in Burleson. Born April 19, 1985, Wade grew up in Azle, where he attended Azle Elementary and Azle High School.
Known for his kindhearted and hardworking nature, Wade dedicated much of his time to caring for his family, including his parents and grandparents. He was the reliable figure in many lives, always ready to lend a hand whenever called upon. Wade's career in construction allowed him to touch many lives.
Wade attended Retta Baptist Church, where he found a spiritual community and fellowship.
He is survived by his mother, Donna Chrisenberry; father, Ken Rittenbury; grandparents, Earl and Marsha Rittenbury; siblings Kenny Slack, Charlie Marts, Rowdy Woolsey, Todd Rittenbury and Katie Cathey; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will miss him dearly.
A service to celebrate Wade's life will be held at Retta Baptist Church at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 7.
