Jack Laverne Baker, 89, of Azle, passed away April 20, 2024.
Jack was active in his community and a member of the Azle Lions Club. In 2018, he was named Lion of the Year for his work with the Lions Club blessing box, which provides free food to those in need.
He is survived by his wife of nine years, Valeta, whom he married Feb. 11, 2015.
Jack will be greatly missed by those who loved him.
